Construction Type: digitally produced timber frame kit
Year of construction: 2021/2022
Location: Stripmaker Almere
Floor Area: the houses have a range from 50m² to 90m² of treated floor area
Mechanical systems/Ventilation system: each house may vary but generally the houses are fitted with ASHP connected to the underfloor heating and a storage tank for DHW generation. Each house is fitted with an MVHR system.
